Librae Network is a Netherlands-based non-profit community dedicated to fostering gender equality in STEM by empowering Women+ students and young professionals through mentorship, networking events, and career development opportunities. We connect participants with inspiring role models, industry partners, and peers to build confidence, expand professional networks, and support successful transitions into STEM careers.
Our Core Events
Mentorship Program (2x per year): mentor matching, guided growth, and community moments throughout the program.
Networking Dinners (2x per year): personal career stories and rotating table conversations with role models.
Coffee & Career Day: workshops, company market, and informal career conversations.
Rewrite HERstory Symposium: a full-day event with interactive sessions around a central theme, focused on identity, ambition, confidence and career direction.

Are you a fit?
We’re looking for 2–4 new board members.
Currently, we are a team of 5, and with the number of events this year, we want to grow to a preferred size of around 8.
You can take on one role, or combine roles if you have the time and energy. We are primarily looking for people who are proactive, reliable, and excited to contribute.
We are especially looking for help in three areas: Partnerships, Events, and Outreach.

Not ready for a full board role, but want to help?
We also have flexible support teams with lighter commitment:
Logistics Team: help during events (set-up, check-in, guiding role models, practical support).
Outreach Team: help promote events on your campus and share content.
Community Team: help organize smaller community meetups.
