What to expect at the trainings
Trainings usually take place in the evenings and are hosted at our partner’s offices. Here’s what a typical training may look like:
~ Arrive around 17:30–18:00 (depending on travel time).
~The program often begins with a short welcome and 1–2 inspiring talks by women from the organization we are visiting.
~ After that, there is often some kind of workshop or training activity to give you a hands-on experience with a case study, or tips & tricks in specific situations.
~ Next, we enjoy dinner together, followed by a tour of the workplace, which is always a highlight of course!
~ We then usually close the evening with an informal networking borrel. Our goal for both the dinner and the borrel is to have as many female employees join as possible, so you have the chance to connect with them and hear different stories.
~ In total, the evening usually runs until around 22:00.
*Please note that this is an example of how a training might run but each organization has the opportunity to host in their own way.

Passion: I am passionate about delivering high-quality designs that solve problems in a simple and efficient way, and about teaching, guiding, and coaching others.
About me: I studied environmental engineering, combining process and mechanical engineering with a focus on water, air and soil treatment, and waste management. I was always especially drawn to mechanical engineering and equipment design, which steered my career in that direction. Over the years, I have worked in industrial water treatment, renewable energy, and the energy transition, and I especially enjoy roles that combine teamwork with coaching and knowledge sharing.

Passion: I am passionate about learning, creating new things, and working on engineering solutions that can have a positive impact on the world, especially in renewable energy.
About me: I have been working since 2019, first as an intern and later as an engineer in construction, structural engineering, and geotechnical engineering for transmission lines. In 2021, I started working in the energy industry and realised that I wanted to contribute to the energy transition and a greener future. This motivated me to pursue a master’s in offshore wind energy and continue building my career in this field.
