Meet our partner,
Picnic Technologies
Proud Librae partner since 2024
By promoting diversity in STEM and uplifting women in engineering, we’re not just creating opportunities — we’re unlocking innovation, because the next world-changing idea can come from anyone.
Picnic Mission
At Picnic, we’re building the modern supermarket – delivering groceries to millions of people across three countries. And we’re one of the only companies in the world to do it all by ourselves. From our fully automated warehouse to our delivery algorithms – it’s all built by our own people. We find it gives us more freedom when it comes to trying out new and innovative ideas!
To do this, we need ambitious, entrepreneurial and creative people who are up for a challenge. We’re looking for problem-solvers who thrive in a collaborative environment. We are open to junior and experienced software, data and ML engineers. Our diverse team welcomes every innovative and bold idea.
Diversity Statement
While we celebrate our 10-year anniversary this year, we are not slowing down. Picnic is constantly evolving to better itself. A proof of this is our commitment to welcoming and fostering women in STEM. With women currently representing 20% of our engineering force, we are aiming to increase this representation to 25%.
