What will you do?

The Outreach Manager is responsible for expanding our reach and engaging new potential participants across the Netherlands. This includes:

• Conducting targeted outreach via LinkedIn

• Building and maintaining relationships with D&I offices, career services, and partner organizations

• Growing our LinkedIn following

• Coordinating our Ambassador Teams to support these efforts

Who are you?

You are an organized and proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with new people and organizations. You’re comfortable with cold outreach, relationship management, and team coordination, and you know how to turn clear goals into concrete tasks for others to execute effectively. You are available for 3-4 hours for at least 1 semester.
