Partnerships Acquisition Manager

(~3-4 hours per week)

Ready to make real impact?

Responsibilities

Partnerships within Librae can be divided into three subroles: Leads (1–2 hours/week), Acquisition (3–4 hours/week), and Current Relations (3–4 hours/week). Each role has its own peak periods. You can choose one role, combine roles, or share a clear preference for the part of Partnerships you enjoy most.

Leads (1–2 hours/week)
Leads is a lighter, continuous role that keeps our pipeline healthy year-round. Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and shortlist relevant companies and teams

  • Find the right contact person and gather contact details

  • Hand over warm leads and context to the Acquisition role

Acquisition (3–4 hours/week)
Acquisition peaks at the start of the calendar year when we secure new collaborations and renewals. Responsibilities include:

  • Present Librae to potential partners and manage follow-ups

  • Coordinate and lead intake meetings

  • Negotiate collaboration details and support contracts and invoicing to onboard new partners

Current Relations (3–4 hours/week)
Current Relations is busiest in the months leading up to each event and around the start of the academic year. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain regular contact with current partners and align expectations early

  • Coordinate partner involvement for events (role models, workshops, company market, speakers)

  • Collect partner materials and ensure partners have clear timelines and practical information

Who are you?

You are a proactive relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills. You’re comfortable introducing Librae to new partners, guiding conversations from first contact to signed agreement, and handling the practical details needed to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. You are available for 3-4 hours per week for at least 1 semester.
