The next programme starts in September 2022. Applications will open this summer.
Applications are processed on a rolling basis, this means first-come, first served.
the Programme
1-on-1 mentor conversations
You will be individually matched with a mentor based on your personal needs and meet with your mentor regularly (once every 3-5 weeks), which can be over tea, during a walk, online or even for dinner depending; on your mentor and your preferences.
Librae Circles and
mentee buddy
You definitely won’t be alone in this programme; you will be together with like-minded individuals who all face their challenges, some of which might resonate with you. That’s why you’ll meet up regularly with your group in a “Librae Circle” and with your mentee buddy to share experiences.
Live events: Kick-off and mentee & mentor dinner
At the beginning of the programme, we will organise a kick-off where you get to meet the other mentees and find your buddy. At the end of the programme, we will host a mentee & mentor dinner. Here you have the opportunity to meet the other mentors and learn from them as well.
For who
This programme is for any student that has a background in or is interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
We focus on and prioritise helping students in the final phase of their studies that are preparing to search and apply for jobs. However, we still welcome applications from other groups.
We welcome students of all nationalities, backgrounds and genders. We only use your CV as a reference, but selection will primarily be based on your motivation.
