I’m Wies Bratby, and it’s literally my life’s work to empower women just like you so that they can fall (back) in love with their careers, businesses, ambitions and lives.
I want every awesome woman out there (I’m still talking about you) to share their magic with the world – and to make sure that they are recognised and rewarded properly for it, too.
And these big goals are best achieved through kick-ass negotiation skills.
And let me tell you… I am obsessed with the art and science of negotiation. Seriously, I live for this stuff.
How it works
This academy consists of three training sessions, which are part of the mentorship programme but made accessible to everyone. The three training sessions will take place online via Zoom. During the academy you are expected to find and meet up with your buddy in between the sessions to practice and try out Wies’ tips.
To make sure you get the most out of the academy, we want you to participate in all three training sessions, actively participate and meet up with your buddy.
These sessions are a mandatory part of the mentorship programme. If you plan on applying for the mentorship programme, we recommend that you postpone your registration until after the programme selection.
