Mentorship Program
We host 2 mentorship programs per year. Mentorship program 11 registration is open from 12 September till 25 September.
-
Sign up to be matched with a mentor of your preference and we’ll do our best to create matches according to those preferences.
1-2 mentees will be matched to the same mentor and sessions will be held together (once every 3-5 weeks). Mentor chats can be over tea, during a walk, online or even for dinner, just how you like it!
Mentors will be introduced on our instagram and below. -
Besides your mentor meetings, four professional training sessions held by some of our Mentorship Programme partners will be organised for you to attend.
During these trainings, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, learn more about your career options, and network with professionals.
This years’ partners are TWD, Maven Securities and NLR.
-
Celebrate your learning and growth with closing drinks.
All the mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to get to know each other in a chill atmosphere.

Tips for applying
Be as specific as possible - give specific examples, questions or situations of what you are struggling with.
Tell us what sector(s) you are interested in and why?
What are your passions and interests?
The more you tell us about yourself, the better we can determine if the mentor you applied to (or another mentor) is a good match.
What kinds of companies have you considered? Give us some examples.
Who is one of your current role models?
What kind of career are you thinking about?
Check your answers, and think about whether or not this sentence specifically applies to you or whether it could apply to anyone.
What to expect at the trainings
Trainings usually take place in the evenings and are hosted at our partner’s offices. Here’s what a typical training may look like:
~ Arrive around 17:30–18:00 (depending on travel time).
~The program often begins with a short welcome and 1–2 inspiring talks by women from the organization we are visiting.
~ After that, there is often some kind of workshop or training activity to give you a hands-on experience with a case study, or tips & tricks in specific situations.
~ Next, we enjoy dinner together, followed by a tour of the workplace, which is always a highlight of course!
~ We then usually close the evening with an informal networking borrel. Our goal for both the dinner and the borrel is to have as many female employees join as possible, so you have the chance to connect with them and hear different stories.
~ In total, the evening usually runs until around 22:00.
*Please note that this is an example of how a training might run but each organization has the opportunity to host in their own way.
