Meet the Mentors

The Programme

2/3-on-1 mentor conversations

7 mentors will participate in the programme. You sign up to be matched to a mentor of your preference and we’ll do our best to create matches according to those preferences. 2-3 mentees will be matched to the same mentor and sessions will be held together (once every 3-5 weeks), which can be over tea, during a walk, online or even for dinner, just how you like it! Mentors will be introduced at our instagram and below.

Professional training sessions held by our MP partners

Besides your mentor meetings, three professional training sessions held by some of our Mentorship Programme partners will be organised to attend to. This years’ partners are ASML, Apolix, Entrepreneur First, Gemeente Leiden, Maven Securities and Deloitte.

Kick-off and mentee & mentor dinner

At the beginning of the programme, we will organise a kick-off where you get to meet the other mentees and find your buddy. At the end of the programme, we will host a mentee & mentor dinner. Here you have the opportunity to meet the other mentors and learn from them as well.

  • Who is one of your current role models?

  • What kind of career are you thinking about?

  • Check your answers, and think about whether or not this sentence specifically applies to you or whether it could apply to anyone.
