Henriette Prast

Henriëtte is a leading professor in Personal Financial Planning and a behavioural economist. She has conducted research on the myth of gender equality in the Netherlands and addresses topics such as the gender gap in academia and are women treated differently than men in school and in the workplace?

Janneke Niessen

Janneke is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, board member and mentor for startups. She has started and sold 2 international tech companies and is currently working on CapitalT and VCVolt. She is co-initiator of InspiringFifty, an initiative that aims to increase diversity in tech by making female role models more visible.

Rubiah

Rubiah is an intermediary for future Creative (Diver)Cities. On the board of LEAN IN NL she volunteers her time to advance the mission of shaping a new definition of leadership and organising the LEAN IN NL conference this year addressing topics such as inclusive leadership and the future of business.

Thecla Bodewes

Thecla has a background in Maritime Engineering and became the director of TB shipyards when she was only 29. She started modernising the warf, focusing on innovation and becoming specialists in the industry, She dreams of floating drones and hydrogen boats that can sail the sea without any emissions.

Sylvia_Boer

In 2007 Sylvia started at Holland Marine Equipment as an export manager and she started at Damen in 2012. In April, 2018, she became the president of WISTA, the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association, an organisation that supports women in management positions in the maritime sector.

Wieteke is co-author of the report: “Het Potentieel Pakken” – the value of more equality between men and women in the Dutch labour market. They show how the Netherlands can benefit from making better use of the currently unused female potential. She founded Stichting Het Potentieel Pakken, that is working on action-driven initiatives to realise the maximum potential.

Anneke Hibma2

Anneke obtained her PhD in Coastal Engineering at the TU Delft. She started working at Van Oord in 2004, where sustainability in the water management played a large role in her work as for example manager of EcosShape’s innovation program Building with Nature and spending two years on a project in Australia

Nina Hoff

Nina Hoff is CEO at 3D food printing company byFlow and won the Techionista Award for being the best female Tech Entrepreneur in 2018.  She is proud to tell the story of the future of food in relation to 3D Food Printing and sharing her vision on Personal Nutrition. She also is an ambassador for getting more women in tech.

Diane Janknegt

Diane has been selected by Forbes as one of  the ‘100 Women Founders In Europe To Follow in 2019’. Her company Wizenoze was featured as the only Dutch company in The Disrupt 100 list, and is recently selected as “The top 10 Dutch companies to Watch in 2019” by Business Insider.

Seedlink Tech develops artificial intelligence for better and faster matching of candidates to jobs. Rina is driven by the vision to leverage cutting edge technology to remove human bias from the decision making process. Seedlink’s method has proven to improve diversity and performance with over 30% at its key clients.

 

 

 

Elsemiek Meijs coaching

Elsemiek studied Information Technology at the TU Delft and had a corporate career in IT & management. She currently specialises in leadership coaching: helping professionals to take on new perspectives, on themselves and the organizational systems they work in. She also gives Movielearning lectures & workshops on leadership and development.

 

 

Jannie has over 20 years experience in the IT business, where the rapidly changing industry and various international roles have given her a diverse view of the IT industry. She started her career in IT, in Dubai, as an IT teacher. Her interest lies in the area where Innovation, Technology and Education meet.

 

 

Lieke Pijpers

Lieke studied industrial design engineering at the TU Delft. The Next Closet is the biggest, curated marketplace in the Benelux for second hand designer fashion, which arose from her ambition to create a sustainable impact through product innovation, in combination with an unmet need to recycle pre-loved garments.

Martine de Visscher1

Martine is an experienced business developer with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. She is skilled in IT Strategy, API’s, IT security, management and business development. She is a strong data-driven entrepreneurial professional.

Eline Vrijland van Beest

Eline studied Industrial Design Engineering at the TU Delft and founded NightBalance, a leading innovator of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) technology, acquired by Philips in May 2018. With several other MedTech entrepreneurs, she founded and invests through the Blue Sparrows Investment Fund.

Nicole Zandee

Nicole was the first female Chief Prosecutor in Den Bosch and Amsterdam, where she studied and started her first job as a court secretary. She is passionate and eager to help guide and advise young females to feel more confident in an environment dominated by men and to help more women reach leadership positions.
